We make shipment by express carrier such as EMS express (post service),DHL,or TNT at present.
Order will be shipped in 1-3 days of receiving funds and the tracking No. will be offered after shipment. Usually the order will be delivery to you in 5-12 days by EMS express (post service),or TNT.
Our appointed carriers will help handle our local customs clearance. The import duty/tax maybe charge you which is depends on your local customs. This cost is not calculated into the cost of your order or the shipping charges. Any Tax / Duty is to be paid by Buyer .

*Prices will be quoted prior to shipping. The price vary depending on weight and size of box used and the destination of shipping. We will do everything possible to keep this price down and will not charge additional handling charges.
*Wholesale-order.com will not charge any duty does not assess duty for an international order and International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping Problems:
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Wholesale-order.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact Wholesale-order.com within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
