Warranty policy

We warrant that the products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our warrant policy is as follows:

  • Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

  • A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.

  • If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.

  • Reasons such as different colours is not considered an incorrect bag if colours are subject to individual products, camera images and computer monitor differences.

Return Return requests should be email to wholesale@wholesale-order.com to explain the return reasons within 7 days of the receipt.

Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging. The return shipping fees must be at the expense of the client.

For any order return request motivated by a quality problem, client must send pictures of the spotted defects to our service email, as to allow us to validate the fact bag is indeed defective. Please email us with a tracking number of your return.

Once we receive the return package, we will refund or exchange handbags and other products for you. Exchanges are only accepted for obviously incorrect products sent.

An obvious colour difference would be if you ordered an green bag and received a blue bag, that is an obvious incorrect product sent, and is eligible for an exchange.
